1. The Dracme Inc. products to the original buyer are guaranteed against any material and manufacturing defects. By "defects" we mean any imperfection that can impair the use of these products.

2. The warranty is solely limited to the repair or the replacement of defective pieces of mantels to their original state. Dracme Inc. commits to pick up at the dealer any defective pieces and to repair or replace them free of charge according to availability.

3. This warranty applies for normal use conditions and does not apply for any defects resulting from negligence, wrong installation, misuse, overuse, overexposure or modifications made by the buyer.

4. This warranty is not valid if the products are installed around a Vent-Free fireplace.

5. Dracme Inc. reserves the right to demand your proof of purchase from the authorized dealer or other related documents in order for this warranty to apply.

6. This warranty is offered to the original buyer and cannot be transferred.

7. The Dracme Inc. warranty applies in Canada and U.S.A. and is only valid if the installation has been carried out in accordance with the instructions given by the manufacturer (Dracme Inc).
